Tasha Bradley is a documentary photographer and visual artist based in Hertfordshire and London, UK. She graduated from London College of Communication in 2024 with a BA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography.
Tasha’s artistic practice draws inspiration from her lived experience, and she communicates vulnerability while working with themes of identity, health, and community.
She predominantly uses analogue cameras to communicate the psychological landscape embedded in the themes of her work. Working with film and in the darkroom allows her to be involved in every step of the image-making. This allows her to form a diaristic approach in her practice.
Tasha has worked collaboratively in her practice to create personal work and assisted on sets for professional shoots. Throughout her time at university, she has worked as a gallery curator, bookmaker and darkroom printer, discovering her love for the physical form of imagery.
Tasha has exhibited her work at the Copeland Gallery in 2022 and 2023 and The Art House in 2023. She also exhibited at the London College of Communication Degree Show in 2024. Her body of work Under The Covers. has been nominated for the Oskar Barnack Newcomer Award 2024 and was a runner-up for the Then There Was Us LCC BA Photography Degree Show Prize.
